A new-build five-bedroom house for a private
self-developer. The original two-bedroom bungalow on the site was
demolished. The house was tailor-made to the individual requirements
of the client but built to a tight budget. The sketch perspective
is an example of what was originally presented to the client at the
start of the design process.
